2. Acceptance of Terms

• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

To access qq221's full range of services, you must register a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and a password of your choosing.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful and accurate. qq221 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

qq221 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason. Account registration is free of charge; qq221 does not charge account setup fees.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your qq221 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse it across other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — qq221 strongly recommends this for all members;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your session when using shared or public devices;
• Notify qq221 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

qq221 will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from qq221 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

qq221 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

qq221 is committed to operating a secure, responsible, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, qq221 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM);
• Proof of Age: Your date of birth must be clearly visible on the identity document provided;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bank account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), or card used to deposit belongs to you;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days showing your Indonesian address.

KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter at qq221's discretion. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion. qq221 reserves the right to limit account functionality until verification is complete.

7. Deposits

qq221 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change; current options are always displayed at the qq221 cashier.

7.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier.
• qq221 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your qq221 Account balance in real time for most payment methods. Delays of up to 15 minutes may occur during peak periods or due to bank processing times.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 30 minutes, contact qq221 customer support with your transaction reference number.

7.2 Currency

All qq221 Account balances, game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). qq221 does not apply any currency conversion fees. There is no foreign currency exposure for Indonesian members transacting entirely in IDR.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. qq221 processes withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

8.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available processing cycle.
• qq221 charges zero withdrawal fees on all standard withdrawal methods.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to additional verification.
• Only Real Money Funds (not Bonus Funds that have not yet met their Wagering Requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for security or compliance purposes. qq221 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation.

8.2 Withdrawal to Third Parties

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods held in the same name as the registered qq221 Account. Requests to withdraw funds to third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger a security review of your account.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

9.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting loopholes in bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other behaviour that qq221 reasonably determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of a promotion — is a violation of these Terms. qq221 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

10. Game Rules & Sports Betting

Each game category and betting product on qq221 is subject to specific rules that govern gameplay, bet settlement, and payouts. These product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Live Casino: Game outcomes are determined by Evolution Gaming's live dealers and certified RNG systems where applicable. qq221's settlement of live casino results is final.
• Slots & RNG Games: All outcomes are generated by independently certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available in each game's information panel.
• Sportsbook: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body. • Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other members to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market with the intent to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse);
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that may facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through qq221;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to your qq221 Account;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or obscure your true location;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to tamper with any qq221 software, game code, or platform infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qq221 staff or other members through any communication channel.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by qq221

qq221 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where qq221 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) a security concern has been identified; or (d) a regulatory or compliance requirement necessitates a review of your account.

12.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your qq221 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds not yet meeting their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12.3 Self-Exclusion

15. Limitation of Liability

17. Dispute Resolution
